Short version

Lyftbok has no account and no ads. Your workouts are stored only on your phone. We do not sell or share your data.

Who we are

Lyftbok is made by F. Rodin Lead Generation & Marketing AB (556896-4083), Sweden. Contact: support@lyftbok.com.

Your workout data

Exercises, sets, weights, notes and settings are saved locally on your device. They are not sent to us or anyone else. If you uninstall the app, the data is deleted. When you use Export, the app creates a file and hands it to your phone’s share menu – where it goes is up to you.

Purchases

Lyftbok Pro is a one-time purchase made through Google Play or the App Store. We use RevenueCat to check whether you have bought Pro. For this, RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app ID and your purchase history from the store (product, date, price, country). No name, email or payment details reach us; payment is handled by Google or Apple. RevenueCat’s privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.

Phone features

The app can show a notification when your rest is over, keep the screen on during a workout, vibrate and open the store’s own rating prompt. None of these send data to us.

No tracking

We do not use advertising, advertising IDs, analytics tools or tracking across apps.

Children

Lyftbok is not directed at children under 16.

Your rights

Since your workouts are stored only on your phone, you can delete them at any time in the app or by uninstalling it. To have purchase data deleted from RevenueCat, or for any other question, email support@lyftbok.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Sweden: IMY).

If this policy changes, we update the date above.
